User Registration Agreement
The conditions written below are an agreement between the Universe Business Club, hereinafter referred to as the Company, and the User. Universe Business Club provides its services solely on the basis of these terms and conditions.
I. Definitions and abbreviations
The company is Universe Business Club, registered office is 210 174th Str, North Miami Beach, FL 33160 USA.
User - an individual who has accepted this Accession Agreement and has access rights to the online search and information platform of the Company's website.
Site - the official website of the Company located at http://www.universe-business.net. Online platform - a search and information system of the Website www.universe-business.net, which allows the User to find and buy online offers, goods and services of Partners and users of the Company's platform website.
Account - an Internet account, an account, a set of informational data of the User on the Site.
The account allows using the website's search and information online platform and provides access to the User's personal account to use the Company's functions and services.
Partner - a company that presents its products or services in the search and information system of the site, with the aim of purchasing them by Users.
Package - a package of the Company's services that determines the terms, functions and services for the User's Account.
The billing period is the time period of one calendar month and ranges from 28 to 31 days.
II. Services of the Universe Business Club, subject of the agreement
1. The Service provides the User with the opportunity to find and buy online offers of products and services of the Company's partners, both internal on the online platform and external, i.e. not hosted on the platform.
2. The User receives the right to use the Site System after registering and activating an Internet account.
3. Registration takes effect after confirmation of acceptance of these terms and conditions of the Accession Agreement when filling out the online form.
III. Privacy Policy
1. During registration, use of the search and information platform and the purchase of goods, products or services, the User fills out online forms, and thereby informs the Company of his data.
2. The Company will use the Users' data (for example, name, place of residence, email address, telephone number) for the purpose of calculating and monitoring compliance with the Accession Agreement. The Company may record, store and process only the data provided by the User on the online form. The site uses the so-called cookies to take into account the requests and requirements of the Users.
3. In the interests of fulfilling the Agreement, the User's data may be redirected to the Partner of the Company.
4. When searching for and paying for services, and when registering on the site, data transfer is carried out using "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technologies. The Company does not require and does not store confidential data of the User's bank or credit card, for example, a password (PIN code).
5. The user has the right to change or delete his data by contacting the support service or through the section of his personal account, or by writing an email request from the email address specified in the Account.
6. With the exception of this data protection declaration, the Company does not make available the data provided by the User to third parties without the specific written consent of the User, except in the case of a production need (for example, to process completed orders), a legal order or an official order.
IV. Registration, payment terms
1. Registration and activation of the User Account implies the possibility of further purchasing one of the Company's partner service packages, in which the terms of the company's marketing come into force.
2. The User can purchase/purchase/activate the selected Service Package of the Company/Membership by using the recommendation link within 30 days from the date of registration on the platform.
3. The User has the right to change the Package by paying the difference in price within 30 days from the date of the first payment for the purchase of the Package.
4. Upon the expiration of the purchased Package, the User can pay again for one of the service packages within the next 30 days. Otherwise, access to the System will be blocked for the User Account without the possibility of recovery.
5. The Company reserves the right to prohibit new registration of the User in case of termination of this Accession Agreement.
6. Registration, as well as activation of service packages, are considered as the result of actions after the conscious and voluntary decision of the User. The Company reserves the right to request the provision of a written statement and proof of identity to verify the User in order to protect the interests of the Site and other users.
